Corelife Eatery is a fantastic new restaurant offering greens, grains and broth bowls. The entire menu is gluten free and the staff is well educated on allergens and cross contamination. Midsummer’s Night 5K James will be running in the annual Midsummer Night Run through downtown Lexington. I am not running in this race but will be joining him in September for the next Superhero Run.
The annual Crave Food and Music Festival is Saturday and Sunday. There will be over 50 food restaurants and food trucks. The race takes precedent on Saturday but we hope to go on Sunday after church.
