After spending the majority of my career helping individuals rebuild their lives after the death of a loved one, I have a great understanding of the importance and need of reevaluating life’s priorities.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( KY #3098) living and working in Lexington, Kentucky. As a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and the Kent School of Social Work at the University of Louisville. After 13 years of end of life focus, I began a private counseling practice with Access Wellness Group and also continue working with end of life care as a palliative care social worker at a local hospital. My counseling practice specializes in working with women who are struggling with anxiety, loss and grief, infertility and helping adjust to other life transitions. My coaching practice includes assisting women establish goals in all areas of their lives and develop strategies to attain and maintain the goals. I began Walk and Talk Coaching sessions as a way to incorporate movement as a way to assist in providing additional motivation towards goals.
