How is your week going?
I’m in the middle of one of my busiest weeks in some while. I’m also realizing I’m not as young as I used to be because these late nights of coming home at 9 are beginning to get to me! As a result, I’m concerned about all that I need to get done.
I have a feeling many of you are feeling the same way and I wanted to share the following reminder. Take a deep breath and slowly let it out. One can’t concentrate on breathing and worrying at the same time. You may also want to check out my post where I discussed how to take a deep breath.
