Happy Friday!! This week I had the chance to spend time with my friend Colene from Coach Colene and I will openly admit I’m stealing this week’s Five on Friday idea from her. She’s planning to add a weekly Friday post and plans to touch base each week on the five senses. I’m only going to steal the idea for today. Colene is a success coach in Central Kentucky and is a dynamic woman with more energy than anyone can imagine. I’m happy to call her a friend.

I’m happy to share that I’ve been able to make two new recipes this week and I’m hoping to get back into a good cooking routine. This fabulous Cherry and Herb Chicken with Lemon Roasted Green Beans came from the book Paleo for Beginners. I plan on having the recipe on the blog on Monday.
It’s been beautiful to look down our street and see all of the trees in bloom. All of the photos I took just couldn’t do justice. I think all of us are grateful for the change in season and seeing new growth and life.
Kelly Clarkson’s Stronger has been on my playlist (over and over) this week. She has great songs to work out to and also to feel empowered.
Seeing new growth has me ready to get my hands dirty and play in the dirt. Despite my desires, I will wait until after Derby Day to pant any flowers…. can’t trust the weather too much around her.
La Vie Est Belle has become my new favorite perfume (don’t worry Romance, I still love you). It’s a soft sent that makes you happy to be wearing.
