This post is a reminder to myself. I’m in a horrible funk (will post about it later) and with the dreaded funk comes all of the negative statements that could ever be imagined. We listen to those negative voices more than we realize and as a result need to constantly keep things in check.
What are you saying about yourself today? Are you constantly putting yourself down? Are you caught in a negative cycle?
Now, think of one thing positive about yourself and repeat it. Hang on to it.
